Helpful. They take wrecked vehicles- our insurance said ur vehicle will go here and bring ur paperwork. Another car lot is going to purchase it, fixing it, and reselling it. ASK for car faces on vehicles!!!! I was the 3 rd owner of this 2005 Toyota Tacoma- airbags didn’t go off!!!! Receiving papers of any kind for used vehicles is a great Idea!!!!

They signed me up for there membership at SEMA. They told me they would only charge me $1 for the first year then if I wanted to renew in a year it would be normal price. I tried to bid on cars but was unable. So I was going to let my membership expire, I even got an email from them saying that is going to expire and to reactivate it click on the link. I did nothing and now they have charged my card $249 and I have called 3 times and they keep hanging up on me after I start talking about a refund. I got a call from Marlon Banks after after I first made this post and he was very helpful. He refunded the charges and fixed my account. I still can't bid on some cars but I think that is a Colorado law.

In purchasing over 3,000 cars from copart I have to say this is one of the worse run yards in the system. I purchased a car that was all intact and what they loaded on my transporter was missing the front right 3/4 clip....See pictures<br><br>Both Alex Brewer and Jason Selva are aware of what happened and have chosen to ignore reality.<br><br>Copart has a pledge of satisfaction that they have also decided to ignore. It is states in black and white on the website yet these guys haven't honored it.<br><br>Be careful when dealing with Alex or Jason....
