Horrible front desk employee.<br><br>The old lady that works in the front desk should probably reconsider her job. Granted I'm sure reviews mean nothing because half the time people don't get a choice on who the tow is so they get your money either way but this lady was just condescending and rude.<br><br>Instead of clearly answering questions she'll divert to hard to read/understand plaques on the walls you can barely read. It takes just as much time to answer the question as it does to avoid answering the question and being snarky pointing to signs.<br><br>Multiple people with us had issues dealing with her on the phone and in person.<br><br>However the guy that towed the car was great though. Absolutely loved him.<br><br>No comment on the price, we think it was a bit much but what's done is done though they should find someone who actually is able to work front desk and answer basic questions. Like ma'am if you don't know how to do your job and don't know the answer to questions you should find something else rather than getting pissed off with the customers and more or less making them do your job for you.

Whoever the lady with long grey hair and glasses in the office is, is rude. Acted annoyed when I was trying to get answers to questions over the phone, and acted annoyed when I came in to get my vehicle. I had everything I needed so there was no reason for her attitude

I was locked out of my vehicle on Christmas. Pucketts showed up on time and opened our car. Reasonably priced for the services they offer. I've used them exclusively for 20 years. Not hard to do with four teenage drivers.
