I had one of the worst experiences here in the U.S. with this company.<br>I came all the way from Seattle to pick up a 2021 Toyota Camry XSE that I won at their auction. The listing clearly said the car had no mechanical problems — but that was a complete lie.<br>When I arrived, I found out that the hybrid battery and the engine were both not working.<br>I was shocked and extremely disappointed. I spent my money, time, and nerves for nothing. For the same price, I could have easily bought a car with no issues from a trusted dealer.<br>Now I’m stuck here trying to deal with this mess. The Toyota Service Center told me it would cost around $11,000 to fix the car.<br>This was a terrible experience and a big life lesson for me. I will never buy from them again and I strongly advise others to be careful — they sell cars with false information at auction.

this horrible company won't stop calling me. they used an automated system to tell me my car had been deemed a total loss before my insurance agent had even recieved the news. I pay a lot of money to have these sensitive and stressful situations handled with care and to have difficult news communicated BY A REAL PERSON. it is inhumane to rush my decision making and communicate my loss to me via automation.

Call them Monday requested a detail about the car. They told him he’s gonna take two days called on Wednesday. Ask them if they got it. The lady said she cannot share this information. I told her about the procedure that they made me take. She still wasn’t complying with me however the bedding started tomorrow and I feel like I lost the car horrible customer service.
