My cousin had them install her battery less than 2 weeks ago. After only a week the battery blows up and catches fire while she is driving resulting in loss of her vehicle and almost her life. They take no accountability, offer no help. I bought a used tire here years ago that popped on me less than 30 days of purchase. Buyer beware. Attorney general and BBB will be looking into this

I mean as if the consistent poor reviews weren’t a clear indication that this place lacks customer service skills, it’s needless to say who ever is answering the phone is completely unprofessional and rude. Had no idea it wasn’t common sense for a grown man to know to hide his misery in the workplace. Let alone while speaking to potential customers on the phone. Please hire a whole entire new staff ASAP or your business will continue to decline.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this company. The customer service was highly unprofessional, and the staff at the front desk were rude and dishonest.<br><br>I purchased a driver axle that turned out to be broken. When I tried to return it, they told me it was non-refundable. I find it hard to believe that used auto parts shouldn’t be refundable, especially when sold in such a questionable condition.<br><br>This lack of consideration and transparency is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable auto parts or decent customer service.
