Got a Honda Trailing rear arm for 75 dollars. i say its good steal. the old man at the front desk was very polite though i had called in before about the part. was told it was going to take 20 mins but when i arrived in 20 mins i had to wait another over 20 mins. waiting wasn't a problem for me as long i got my part. glad i didnt had to go and look for the part and take it off myself at pick in pull

This will be the first negative review I have ever left on Google. The person I spoke to on the phone was very rude, putting me on hold mid sentence while talking to him and then when the call was resumed said "So what are you looking for again?" as if he didn't listen to a word I said. When I decided not to purchase the part (mainly because I decided to spend my money elsewhere due to my treatment over the phone). He made a nasty remark and hung up.

I actually only stopped here on a whim. I was enroute to another wrecker and decided to stop here on the way. I was glad I did.<br>The staff was super helpful and friendly especially as far as automotive wrecking yards go. The price was about 30% less and they spoke English AND Spanish fluently.<br>Unfortunately I got the wrong part and was apprehensive as to what was going to happen next. I went in and was met with great customer service and no hassles at all. NOW THAT is a fantastic change from what it seems like is the standard now days.<br>I highly recommend specialized and will be bringing all my future business here from now on.
