Company lacks communication skills. They informed me they will meet me at my location at 2pm. After waiting 2 1/2 hours I had to reach out and then they tell me no one will be in my area until tomorrow. Very unprofessional establishment.

Tito and the Volky crew are hands down , 100% the BEST in the game/industry. Their prices are best in the country, coast to coast. It is apparent they truly care about their customers as their parts always arrive wrapped , protected, and secured very nicely, you can tell they take the extra steps. I have bought many parts over the years for my mkiv 2003 VW jetta 1.8t that I have kept going w many replacment parts I've sourced from Tito. Most recently, I was involved in small accident, insurance totaled it, but i knew it was mainly cosmetic. First thing I did was hit up Tito ....and he hooked me up with a hood, fender, rad support, fender mount bracket all in pristine condition, and threw in bumper mount guides on the house. Bought the car back, did the work myself, and pocketed a nice chunk of change....all thanks to Volky! The entire enterprise is just a real class act, great to work with, excellent customer service, and prices that simply can't be beat. Do yourself a favor, make sure you hit up Tito for any recycled VW parts you need, you will not be disappointed!!
