I had a very bad experience in COPARTSouth Tampa. The treatment by the employees was unprofessional and unpleasant. I do not recommend it; the service was really poor and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

First off my time table that cpopart gives u was pickup between 9-11 the tow guy was there at 830 second copart does not give you the price that was offered the tow driver low balled my wife cause she was a woman saying stuff like that's an aftermarket piece witch in case it wasn't he said my fuel filter was aftermarket but it wasn't it was a simple autocraft replacement and third they guy didn't speak any English so I feel my wife was discrimanated cause she was a woman

Terrible experience with these lying, thieving, worthless people. After an accident our insurance used this facility to tow the car. Items were left after the accident however were no where to be found after returning to recover our items. A two drawer dresser full of bedding and a few electronics. They said they can’t be to blame but they were the only people involved since we left the vehicle. Do not bring anything here unless you are a fan of being lied to and stolen from.
