Told there was no catalytic converter, got a reduced offer than given over the phone. (I've seen that a lot in further reviews, coincidence? Probably not.) $600 offer is a bait and switch 100%. Negotiated back up to a price everyone else had quoted but it was like pulling teeth. I only signed the paperwork because i wasnt getting anymore money anywhere else and the guy was already there. Soon regretted my decision though because the driver was rude. I tried asking a question after the paperwork was signed and was told, and I quote "I really don't care."<br><br>Go somewhere else. They are just out to make a quick buck. "They really don't care" about you.

When you call these people be sure to say your not sure if the parts they ask you about our original they record your conversation and use that against you to try to take your car at little to no cost at all also do not let them put your car on the bed for them to inspect it. Cause that's what he's gonna proceed to tell you. He needs to do that in order to inspect it but that's just to trap you Because that's how they get you and try to make you Pay them a service fee if you do not agree with the low ball price. They'll try to give you a service fee of about $425 because supposedly, the guy said that my catalyst converter was not an original So then he offered me this low ball price they put you in a corner where either you accept the low ball price Or you have to pay them to put your car back down Stay clear from these people at all costs They came in a red toll truck that said Aries tow beware of them make them expect the car on the ground before they put it up.<br>Don't don't trust these tow truck companies.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! They give you the highest offer over the phone just to tell you they can’t give you anything AT ALL in person. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! They scared my friend into giving the car for free. Talking about “I either take it or you can pay the city to junk it for you”
