They promised me $650 for my car yesterday. I was told they would call me within the hour to give me a better time frame. Four hours later, no call, no show. I called back and was put on hold to contact driver. They said they would call back in 30 minutes. An hour after that, they called and said driver has emergency and they would be out the next morning. They refused the original price and only paid me $400 for an 03 Buick Lesabre Custom. It has the original quiet engine with only 135K miles on it, original catalytic converter, and great transmission.

Sold my Ford Escape after no one would fix the rust on their by the tire. Got a good price higher than most places and they came quickly within 2 business days. Got my check upon pick up. Tow truck driver was communicative called an hour before and sent me a text 10min before he came to pick up the car. Great Services!

Recently sold my 2017 Audi Q7 to CoPart. I was a little nervous dealing with Erik primarily by text, phone and email but felt better after visiting their nearby office and confirming the pickup/payment process with the office manager. Ultimately, the entire process was smooth. Once we agreed on the price, the rest involved texting pictures of my signed title then transfer to multiple people in separate departments to confirm the details and arrange pick up of my vehicle. The next day, the tow truck driver called to schedule, then arrived within an hour with the check as promised. The business check was not Certified but I deposited it right away and it cleared fully within a few days. The only thing that could improve the process would be to provide a more detailed and official email of the process and purchase agreement up-front. I only received that AFTER sending pictures of the signed clear title well into the process. It took a leap of faith (on my part) but it was a good deal in the end for both parties and I would recommend CoPart as an option for selling your vehicle.
