My car lossed power on yesterday around 4pm on 485, I was able to pull on the side of the rd. Around 5 or 6 I was talking to the people at Riggs and they told me they could get my car towed to their shop because it was cheaper than going to the Nissan place. So tell me why after all that talking, I had to keep calling because nobody that said they would contact me back, contacted me back about anything, I was told I would get a call back 4 or 5 different times and never did. The driver himself didn’t even tell me if he found it or not like he said he would, but gave up on the search and proceeded to go home to add never called me. When I say fed up ain’t even the word right now

They showed up within 10 or so minutes of my call and they were able to adjust to my car not being able to turn or drive all while the car alarm was blaring. He was nice the whole time regardless and made sure my car got back safe. Very straightforward and professional experience.

We've had alot of rain lately and when I was leaving my daughter's house I pulled my truck onto the grass as usual and got stuck in the mud. Made a couple of calls and this company sent their truck. Very professional service, and quick. After 5 or 10 minutes I was out of the mud and ready to go. The bill, $150. I realize it didn't take long but I would've paid more if I had to. I recommend them if you're stuck.
