I decided to call them because of their good ratings and reviews, but was extremely disappointed when the driver came to pick up the junk car advised me their boss changed the offer low balling me over half of what I was told earlier, when I asked for an explanation I was told because of the condition of the car.......not sure why the condition of the car mattered when the dispatcher I spoke to said it wouldn't matter because it'd be taken to the salvage yard as scrape. Had I known they'd change the amount when getting here I would've found someone else, but fact is I didn't have anymore time and needed it out, so I managed to get them to raise the offer but only a little.<br>The driver was fantastic and is very good at his job, he was also courteous and helpful, however his boss on the other hand not so much and ripped me off, fortunate for him I didn't have anymore time to spare to find a company that would pay me what I deserve. Lesson learned with them, I definitely won't use their services again.

Believe it when the reviews say quoted differently upon arrival. Was quoted a price over the phone of $500 each car. Both were junk cars so to my surprise $500 was great considering. Never once was told “upon inspection of the vehicle”. Once they showed up they dropped the price to $800. Yes you may think its 100$ off each car but when an elderly is selling their car for money they need and then they’re shorted it pisses a person the hell off. 1/5 do not recommend. Per the other reviews i figured they must have had a bad experience. Nope seems pretty normal for this business. Unfortunately they aren’t BBB certified to bring this up to the Bureau.
