This company is corrupt!!! These people are scammers! They take people plates and sale them and use them! I’ve been trying to obtain my tag for the past few days and we’re going on a fourth day now, everyone there keeps giving me the run around. I am gaining suspicion that they have my tag and they’re attempting to use it illegally. There’s been a police report placed regarding this I spoke with a representative by the name of Vilma who claims she’s the hire up, which I highly doubt being that she was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional and rude. She would cut me off mid sentence, speak over me, then she proceeded to insult me and she even to the initiative to make fun of the situation. She claims my situation is NOT priority and that she did not care if I made a police report. I will be contacting they’re hire up as of tomorrow and escalating this complaint to corporate and the bureau of administration if not the county or state. I would like for those representatives in charge to be terminated for negligence and unprofessionalism.
