I came in to collect personal items from a wreck. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they brought my wrecked car out in a matter of minutes. I was pretty impressed at how efficient this operation is. Great experience!

Absolutely absurd and ridiculous company have been purchasing from Copart for years recently moved down to Florida where you have to pay a broker if you don’t have a dealer license to purchase any and all vehicles in the state of Florida that are being sold through Copart these brokers charge a $200 documentation fee and they all charge 9% of the sale as well. You cannot Purchase any sort of vehicle from Copart without going through a broker and paying broker fees and paying the fees Copart after you purchase and bid on a vehicle, you are not allowed to bid on any vehicles here in the state of Florida A monopoly set up with the DMV and these brokers to where you are forced to go to them and and pay them To even buy a vehicle in the first place this is completely absurd ridiculous and a straight scam. I’ve been purchasing cars from Copart for a while now First time I’ve ever had to come across this situation because in any other state that I’ve been to Through a broker provided by Copart to purchase and bid on vehicles that’s a completely in It’s a straight scam and copper needs to get it together because if they’re doing this to people Florida they’re not letting people eat and they’re just taking all the money for themselves. Hope I should be ashamed of themselves and the The company, nothing but greed money hungry Individuals that are just explaining people without a licensed to purchase vehicle vehicles like a dealer license or a brokers license.

My car was towed to their location and when I went to collect everything from my car after it was adjusted a total loss they emptied my entire car and stole everything. They gave me an envelope with my plate, insurance and registration. I was told to file a claim with my insurance to be reimbursed because they don’t know what happened to all my personal belongings!!! There was about $1000 worth of items belonging to my kids and I from what I have remembered so far!!! I am beyond disgusted and upset they took everything from my car!!! They were not even apologetic and from the attitude it seems like this happens often!
