The business office manager retaliated against me because she said I called her a liar on the phone. I described to her what I called in advance to verify, but she is the one who said I called her a liar. Freudian slip. When I called on day 5 to verify if I could come redeem my funds, she laughed and said I have to wait until the 18th (day 10). I asked her why she didn't tell me that when I was engaging with her the first time. She laughed and said I should have read the sign. While true, that is not a substitute for accountability and professionalism. She had opportunity to clear up any misunderstandings multiple times. She chose to mock me with baby voices saying I gave her a sob story about me not having gas. That's why I called in advance: doing the mature responsible thing before wasting resources. Her behavior in contrast was not mature and responsible for what one would ordinarily and necessarily expect from someone sitting behind an opaque glass. She laughed and mocked me then told me she is the devil so I can't upset her. She also mocked in baby voices saying "oh what power you have." I told her I am not sure what she means, and that no I don't have that much power, but I know of regulators for their business category that do. No person deserves to be treated in this manner and relying on a sign to substitute for your competence is telling. I understand some of us may have some "issues" outside the workplace but that is no excuse and management should enforce common decency. The way I was treated was absolutely uncalled for and I will never recommend this place. I was treated like trash for insulting someone's fragile ego for stating the truth: you didn't tell me that before when you had every opportunity to do so. Embrassing. Training should occur becusee clearly the level of competence is low.

So I followed a friend to Louisiana Scrap Metal. I wasn't going in so I parked outside the facility and proceeded to wait. About thirty mins passes and I realized something I had forgotten about and it's funny how it held true even after almost two years time. It was the first time my friend had gone here and the last time I came it was also my first time. So back when. I came I drove my car on the scale they proceeded away my car and wave me through after that happened I thought I would have been met by someone but no one ever came and a half an hour pass by before I could find somebody not on heavy machinery to speak to find out where I go and what I do. All they would need is a little more signage or instructions and that place would be top notch five stars. I guess they expected everyone to know where to go go to this day including my friend who got lost back there before 45 minutes and I know what to do and still after being weighed out still being confused as to where to go, where to park. Throw us a clue here and there we pick up quick. But left to my own devices I'm going to go the shortest and probably the wrongest route half the time.
