I had an outstanding experience with Wayne’s Tow of Augusta. The dispatcher answered the phone immediately and was extremely professional and friendly. She provided a clear estimated time of arrival for the technician, Tony.<br><br>Tony arrived calm, composed, and ready to help. My camper trailer had come off the ball hitch and I ended up dragging it on the jack on an I-20 ramp, an incredibly stressful situation. Tony quickly identified the issue and handled everything with ease and confidence.<br><br>I was very impressed and genuinely grateful for his professionalism and steady demeanor. I highly recommend Wayne’s Tow, and if you’re lucky enough to get Tony, make sure to give him a good tip. He’s a good man and truly exceptional at what he does.

My granddaughter had a tire blowout & was stranded on the side of the road. I called Wayne's at the recommendation of our car service center. Their driver got there in about 15 min and was able to put her spare "donut" tire on. She said he was extremely nice and polite and made her feel safe. The price was reasonable so we are pleased overall and would use them again.
