Had a great experience at Alpine Auto House with my 2014 BMW i3. A few other repair shops refused to work on my EV, but Alpine took it in without hesitation. Steve, the technician, was excellent — knowledgeable, professional, and clearly experienced with electric vehicles. The repair was done quickly and correctly, and my car is running great again. On the recommendation of a business friend, I towed my E350 with considerable damage from "pothole' damage to Alpine. Steve and staff (very professional, considerate) guided me through their protocol to optimize not only full diagnostic, part replacements, affected subsystems (e.g.- sensors), and optimal labor strategy- labor & material (supply chain for geeks). Steve updated me on a timely basis even when his family required attention over weekends. Steve delivered repaired rims to tire broker himself sparing me a 2 hour logistical exercise for installation of performance tires. Hi there, I had an amazing experience with Alpine Auto House Inc. every single time I bring my cars for repairs. My Mercedes Benz E 350 convertible need new transmission and they changed and now runs like new with no problems for over 2 years now. My Audi SQ5 had several problems with the electrical system. Dealer from Downtown couldn’t found what the problems was. Until I brought the car to Alpine Auto house and they were able to fix it in no time. Last week i brought the Audi SQ5 again to replace the water pump and the belts. As before, the results was super excellent. I totally recommend Alpine Auto House for all your mechanical needs.
