The person running the aluminum/copper scale has a very poor attitude. He steals from customers. I dumped a 325 gallon water tank full of cans , plus 3 city size trash cans , he recorded it as 30lbs. There's no way. I will never return to this place. He's lucky I wasn't having that bad of a day , or it might have gone extremely bad for his health. If I had an employee that was stealing from customers , they'd be fired immediately. They obviously CAN NOT be trusted at this location. They're not trying to make it right either. Just lame excuses. Pathetic. Stole from my family right before Christmas. River city metals you should be ashamed of yourselves. I see your other reviews. Keep stealing from people and you'll be out of business , it's going to catch up and I'll be laughing.

Look for gate one for general public entrance. I dropped off 13 bicycles. It was fast and easy. Payment is received with receipt at ATM on-site.
