Great service and experience. I had purchased their material off ebay a couple times and decided to email them directly since I needed material cut to a specific size and they quoted me within 24 hours and had it shipped out right away. I got it within that week and am very pleased with them. Plus they gave me a great price on material. 100% using them for all my Titanium needs from now on.

Terrible experience! The man that "helped" us was not friendly, or helpful. I immediately felt intimidated and uncomfortable. The man was abrupt and made us feel we had interrupted his day. He would not even acknowledge the coupon I had, which would have paid me a much better or market rate. I found out later that he did not give me credit for all the brass I brought in, he caulked it up as steel, but did not look through the material thoroughly. I did not get credit for the shiny copper tubing that was part of my materials. Obviously he did not take a very close look at everything. The woman at the counter was behind glass. Probably for a good reason. I know I did not feel safe there. We cannot recommend this place. If you choose to take your business here, bring a friend with you that knows all about the material because they will pay you less than what things are really worth, but do not go alone. For a family business, I am not impressed nor pleased.
