I am so amazing at the best customer service offered to me. To be honest, I was skeptical at first, seeing the low reviews but I was surprised to see one of the most friendly people at the front desk. The ladies are the best. I was treated like a king.

My car was brought here after being towed due to being deemed a total loss by insurance. I had called and said multiple times I was coming to get my belongings. I came the very next day to get my stuff and was missing A LOT. They said they bag everything up and put it in the trunk but nothing was bagged. There was barely anything back there. I was missing a couple cases of water, some kids items (clothing, etc), a wallet (center console), everything out of the center console and the tray under the radio. They said they clean it before taking pictures for insurance so they throw out all the trash. Thinking that my personal items in there is trash is ridiculous. You do not have the right to remove my belongings from my vehicle without putting them back. A police report has been filed between this place and the towing company!

This place has thieves working for them. My 2011 GMC Sierra 1500 was towed there Thursday at 5pm. We got there at 3:50pm Friday to gather our belongings out of truck & when we opened up the cab of the truck they had cleaned us out. They stole a BUNCH of our belongings. All they told me to do is contact our insurance company & our insurance company will contact them to look at view footage. So if you get your vehicle towed there get your belongings before it gets there or as soon as it gets there.
