I honestly cannot believe the level of idiocy I witnessed from one of this company’s drivers. I’ve seen rude drivers before, but this guy took it to a whole new level. He was blasting through traffic in a massive tow truck like he was driving a go-kart — cutting people off, swerving around cars, and acting as if the entire road belonged to him. Completely reckless, completely dangerous, and completely unacceptable for someone operating heavy machinery.<br><br>And then came the part that truly blew my mind.<br><br>When I took photos for my own safety — because his driving was THAT bad — this clown actually acted like he was a police officer. No joke. He puffed up, got aggressive, and behaved in a way that absolutely gave the impression he was trying to intimidate me with fake authority. It was one of the most pathetic, embarrassing displays I’ve ever seen from an adult, let alone someone representing a business.<br><br>If this company thinks this is acceptable behavior, it tells me everything I need to know about their standards: nonexistent. If they put this guy behind the wheel, I can only imagine what kind of circus they’re running behind the scenes.<br><br>Avoid this company at all costs. There are bad tow companies, and then there are whatever this is. I wouldn’t trust them with a cardboard box, much less a vehicle.

I encountered one of their drivers on the road, and it was hands down some of the most reckless, irresponsible behavior I’ve ever seen from someone operating a heavy vehicle. He was cutting people off left and right, weaving through traffic like he owned the highway, and showing zero regard for anyone’s safety.<br><br>When I started taking photos — which I did purely for my own safety and documentation — the driver completely lost it. Instead of behaving like a professional, he got angry and acted in a way that left me genuinely stunned. He even gave off the impression that he was trying to pretend he had some kind of authority, like a cop — absolutely ridiculous and wildly inappropriate coming from someone representing a business.<br><br>If this is the type of person they allow behind the wheel of their trucks, I can only imagine what the rest of the company is like. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t trust this company with a tricycle, let alone a vehicle that’s supposed to transport cars safely.<br><br>There are plenty of tow companies out there — do yourself a favor and pick literally any other one.

The hours posted online do not reflect the real hours. Be warned as you’ll just get charged more money if the car sits there another day. Arrived 10 minutes before closing time and no one was here to receive us. Way to make an already frustrating experience even worse. An all new low for a towing company. Never thought I’d see the day.
