3 star is generous. They do come through with a good deal on occasion but it takes longer than they say. The other times its just like one of those wrecking yards we all love where they tell you they have what you need and its ready, then you get there and find out they might still have it, they need to go check if its on the car, etc etc. Im now about a week into lining up a alternator, iv'e gotten multiple prices and now just wasted hours due to them not being ready - I literally called before i left to go there to make sure this wouldnt happen. Now hours are wasted and the part is on the way from ebay.<br><br>At the end of the day ill still use these guys but its a lower level choice due the the extreme high risk of wasting time and money when trying to do business with them.
