I wish I could rate this lower than a 1 star review. I woke up to my car missing from my parking spot, they towed my car from my place of living overnight, with absolutely no warning. I understand my parking pass expired as of January 1st but it is a weekend and we are not able to obtain a new pass until Monday at the earliest from our realtor office an hour away. When I called in, they were completely rude and basically said we are SOL and have to cough up 250 to get my car back within the same day or I will be charged more everyday it’s there. We have 2 parking spaces /passes and they explained that even with obtaining my car today, until the physical pass is hanging in both our vehicles, they can and will tow our vehicles again and again. INSANITY. They do not care about anyone, their situation, nothing, just getting more and more of your money. I beg you. AVOID this place at all costs. I hope to never encounter them again. Any positive reviews, are not real customers LOL

My car was stuck in a parking garage with low clearance height. I spent a day trying to find a towing company that had a lift and dolly truck that could retrieve the vehicle. One company came and then left saying they couldn’t fit. Another company failed to show up at all. Suburban dispatch was the most professional and polite out of the lot and did what they said. I was truly impressed by the driver who came out. He had a great attitude and said that he enjoyed solving problems. Made it out of the garage past some tight corners with no drama. At the destination, the driver had to back in to get the car facing the right way. He backed up about 100 yards with the car in tow including maneuvering around a tight S curve. Was able to get the car all the way into my garage without pushing. Very impressive. The best towing experience I’ve had. Would definitely use again.

So here’s the deal and I’ve noticed that it’s been over five years since the owner last commented on anybody’s comments I get it that sometimes things can get busy and hectic, but I’m hoping the owner will reach out to me after this so my mother-in-law car had to get towed /Impounded she did not know that it was happening. The officer did not address it till after she was taken to the station, they did not give her a chance to grab her personal belongings such as her credit cards, her stuff for work. The Police had told her that as long as she paid the $600 that she should be able to at least get her personal belongings out because of that situation. The tow truck company is refusing to let my mother-in-law get her stuff out of the car. She does not do Apple Pay. She does not have her ID because that is also in the car so she can’t go to the bank to get the money they would not let her grab any of that and not only that my mother-in-law‘s having hardship problems as a lot of of us are in the past I have provided this company and recommended this company to several people. I find it unfair and unjust. I will say the owner did try to make a deal with her saying that if she just paid for at least the tow that she can get the car back unfortunately she does not have the money right now and she needed her stuff so that way she could work so that way she can come up with the money for it. This is where we’re at a standstill, not only that I know that a towing company and police station have contractual agreement when an impound is made the front desk person at the village Hall/police station had called over to. This company and the officers told my mother-in-law since she paid the $600. It cost her for the impound which was the last of her money that she had at least be able to grab her stuff so that way she’d be able to work on getting the rest of the money to get her car out but because of the tow truck companies and Wooddale Police Department failure to actually give justified and proper documents she now has to suffer and yes, I do get the fact that she was at fault for driving on a suspended license and whatever else that might have occurred, as that’s most likely what the argument we made here with the towing company this isn’t my first rodeo as I said I’ve helped numerous people get their car towed to this company because this company used to be great but over the years it has declined, not only to mention that also the lady at the desk the one that was keeping in contact with the owner to try to help us out she was nice up to a point until she tried to tell my mother-in-law her car got towed because of a DUI that is very incorrect and not true. It was impounded due to something else entirely. My mother-in-law did not know it was being impounded and like I said before until she arrived at the police station, the officer told her that they had already spoke with somebody and that they were willing to let her grab her important stuff so that way she didn’t lose her job and now because of this issue and this whole it’s at the owners discretion or tow truck companies discretion thing going on within the supposed paperwork that was given to her what was not given to her. The only thing that she had received was documentation from the Wooddale Police that her car was towed and where it was towed to she did not get any other information until I went in with her to talk to the lady at the desk to get/retrieve my mother-in-law of belongings, which we were told that we had to pay the 250 to do so again this is not right and because the tow truck company failed to give my mother-in-law any paperwork that is not right or just either especially since we had come in there the front desk lady could’ve gave us a copy of the paperwork we shouldn’t have had to ask the lady could have said or asked us if we wanted a copy of the paperwork so I’m hoping that this company can reach out and make this right and that I can continue referring my family to this location when they are in need of help.
