Customer reviews of Sims Metal Midwest - Chicago, Illinois in Chicago, IL
3.1 stars based on 29 reviews- EEric M
This place operates horribly. Drivers are never loaded within a reasonable timeframe! Seems as though loaders (specifically Poncho) are allowed to do whatever they want and have no accountability! As we all are aware, time is money and no one has time to sit around and wait sometines over an hour just to have their truck loaded. Please improve your service levels to operate more efficiently!!!!

Time listed on Google maps is not the same time they close irl, supposedly on Saturdays they close at 12

For all the truck drivers it's more easy to pull forward and then back up to the scale than just pull to the scale because you will have to backup to the street.
