horrible service, was talking to a sales rep i think named bennett kept giving me a different name each time, and to top it all off i kept asking for the part to be on will call. they ended up allegory trying to deliver is “4 times” and were unable to due to insufficient funds. The part is going to a dealership and we print company checks here, a bunch of bs and run around for people who don’t want to work or do there jobs. LKQ genuinely needs to fire the whole staff and start fresh

Absolute horrendous customer support. Good luck getting to connect to a person at all. They will either hang up in the middle of dialing or put you on hold for 20 minutes then hang up. They even sold me the wrong size engine at first and ended up having to ship in a different from Texas making me go 4 extra days without a vehicle. Of course no sort of compensation was offered.

I have ordered multiple parts from LKQ, it’s a great source! My wife got rear ended and was able to get parts from different yards (matching color)and there is no shipping cost to bring them in to Sacramento.<br>Yes it’s not perfect but if you go to any other yard there are worse problems, overall considering what line of work LKQ is in I think it’s a excellent source for parts
