The morning receptionist was really polite and nice. The evening receptionist is the opposite. The morning receptionist told me they can tow my undriveable vehicle to my driveway. The evening receptionist said they can’t do that. Even one of their tow truck drivers told me they can do it for 125 just like the morning receptionist said.

I needed to have my car jumpstarted due to a dead battery. I called AAA and they sent my request to Swinks. Sam called to let me know he was on his way and arrived soon after. I shared with Sam that the AAA technician that I saw the day before stated that he could not replace my battery because my car was a Subaru and recommended that I go to the dealership to get a new battery. Sam took a look at my battery and explained that he had my exact battery with him and could replace for me, noting that the AAA tech from the day before was mistaken. Sam was able to change the battery in a short amount of time and the cost was way less than the dealership would have charged me. He also took the time to explain to me about my new battery, how long it would last, and that it had a warranty. Sam saved me a lot of time and money. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thanks to Sam, I only missed about an hour of work.
