All I have to say is. I went and got my personal property out my car. Simon was very helpful and he is an honest man. I also called and the young lady who answered me was very polite and helpful too. Its sad yes I lost my job and car but they were very helpful and made the process easier for us. Thank You!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had all my paperwork in order, so they got my car out quickly. Nothing was missing or damaged. I was very happy with the way they handled the very stressful situation for me. The old posts about this place being mean or rude to people are not true anymore. I had my car towed here recently. When I went to Get my personal belongings, I had a 12 inch subwoofer with amp in my trunk. So when I went to pick my belongings up And asked for my speaker mind you without signing anything yet. They were giving me a hard time. Then they told me they sent it with the car to the auction house. So I called the Auction house and they said that the towing company sent it with no speaker or key cuz I didn’t give them the key in the first place. So someone in there is having a side business in swiping stuff from the cars and Reselling them. That costed me 685 dollars in totals. So I will be filing a police report and lawyering up.
