The ethnic kid "running the show" was rude from the start and showed an absolute lack of character and customer service experience. My car hadn't been towed, but my bumper had been ripped off, the bottom of our car had been detached and left lying on the ground, and the back of our car had been given Orion's Belt in dents. No insurance or contact information left on our vehicle. Every worker showed up in their pajamas. To be fair, you can't expect much professionalism or high quality people within the towing business. The police are currently investigating a hit and run and my attorney is drafting a civil lawsuit for property damage. We'll be seeing eachother very soon.

Citywide towing just looking to make a fast buck $325 it’s outrageous and adds insult to injury in an already stressful situation doesn’t make it right. Going to the fair??? Warning: don’t park at Walgreens parking lot you will be towed and Citywide will take your money gladly as well. Don’t give them the satisfaction.
