It started with Denise in the front office with my call, she was honest and upfront about the closest driver being 30 minutes out and sure enough that was the case, Shawn arrived made me get in his truck as to not get wet and he secured my truck and was a s professional as could be!!<br>Eddie the on duty mechanic who truly knew his stuff got my brakes back in order and up and running within the hour saving me lots of money!!<br>Melissa helped me out on the back end and she too was more than friendly and helpful by getting me cashed out while they were finishing up my truck!!<br>Mike has great staff and professional service from start to finish!! I never give 5 stars but today they earned it!!!

OMG, thanks so much for coming out on the interstate the other night. Prompt service, friendly service and good price. Driving down from Maine on my last leg and a blow out tire in Jacksonville, I was a bit overwhelmed. Mike's made the trip so much easier when other companies I called wouldn't do squat. Nick and Eddie at Mikes Towing saved the day- 2 days in a row! I would recommend EVERYONE use them for any service that they offer. They went above and beyond way past expectation, have excellent customer service, saved me ALOT of money, AND GOT THE JOB DONE. Having little to no knowledge about vehicles and how they run- their honesty was invaluable. Nick did not just toe the truck as I requested- he asked what was going on, took a look at it himself, got my truck up and running to get it home - and offered for me to come to the shop next day to solidify the fix. All for a service fee, saving me hundreds of dollars by the time it would have all been done with. Eddie so generously helped me the next day at the shop and installed the parts that I picked up under their direction. Many thanks to you both! If I find myself in unfortunate circumstances again- Mikes Towing is who I am calling and I’m recommending everyone I know do the same!<br>I cannot leave out the kind receptionist that I spoke with on my initial call. I didn’t catch her name- but she greeted me with kindness, helped make sure I had the correct address for where I “thought” I needed it towed and got the tow arranged in such a timely manner. She handled what I thought was going to be a hectic arrangement with ease!
