We had an impossible situation where one of our multi-ton lifts died right in the entrance to our Christmas Drive Thru Event. We called out two different people who told us they couldn't do anything to move it, and then Carl from ASAP Towing came to the rescue. As soon as he arrived, he guaranteed us that he would help us. Carl was kind, positive, professional, and he treated us the way he would want to be treated.<br><br>Carl called dispatch and asked for a second truck to come out to help get the job done, and together Carl and David saved the day my moving the lift away from our event entrance.<br><br>In a world where people don't want to work hard, and seldom go the extra mile, we were so thankful that Carl showed up to get the job done with a smile and some hard work. We will definitely call ASAP next time, you should too, and ask for Carl!

I had a great experience with ASAP Towing Company. After my car was damaged, their team handled the situation professionally and responsibly. lonnie and the supervisor carmie were very helpful throughout the process and made sure everything was taken care of properly.<br><br>Lonnie was especially helpful — he assisted me in getting my car fixed after they damage during the towingand stayed in communication with me the whole time. ASAP Towing took responsibility, repaired my vehicle, and even covered the cost of a rental car while my car was being fixed.<br><br>Overall, they stood by their work, treated me fairly, and followed through on their promises. I really appreciate their support and professionalism and would recommend them to anyone who needs towing or related services.
