Amazing people I was on vacation 3 hours from home (on our way home) it was Sunday and they were open and when I called explained what was going on they gave me numbers of mobile mechanics I could try. I called back as those numbers didn't work out so I was just going to tow it and pick it up a different day they told me where to tow it as I didn't know anything in the area and before I towed it the gentelman from the store came and looked at my car to see if he could do anything for me. They went above and beyond in a situation I was trying not to lose my mind in.

Kylee and Matt were tremendously helpful with my situation the other day. I can’t even explain the gratitude I have for their patience and genuine care. They actually care about helping the customer get the very best outcome possible and that means everything. Kylee looked up various options and was willing to even price match if needed and Matt even carried my rotors out to my vehicle. Btw- they have amazing pricing on rotors!

I cannot say enough about the staff at Thirlby on US 31 South. They are ALWAYS helpful, polite, and also have great senses of humor, making, for me, what is usually an anxiety inducing experience. (I find any kind of auto problem annoying and especially if my husband sends me to get parts! ?) But knowing that they will be knowledgeable, helpful, and HONEST is something that I can always count on. Thank you, guys, you are the best.
