Elite towing was dispatched by our roadside program to get our broken down cargo van and our travel trailer from the side of I-95S. They were given an incorrect location from our roadside service provider, but the driver, Alex, called me and rerouted to our correct location. He was polite and professional. Helped us get our Propride hitch removed so his rollback could tow the trailer. The dispatcher for Elite accommodated our request to drop our van off at the nearest Chevy dealer and then take our trailer back to the campground where we had stayed the previous night. We really appreciate their help and willingness to get both the van and trailer where we needed them.

If I could give no stars I would. I was broke down on the side of the road on I95 called them at 5:49am because it says 24 hour service. No answer. And it is now 7:22am and they haven't even called me back. So much for 24 hr service.
