They came 40 minutes early from scheduled time. They called and left no voicemail, no text. We called back twice within 6 minutes of their early call and no answer. They falsely told the insurance company vehicle was picked up. Called the main number and person said "nothing we can do about this" and hung up

I called at the busiest traffic time of the day for a tow. The phone was answered immediately and I was prompted to send my location. I was informed the driver was available and reasonably near by and insured the driver would call. I could not hang up fast enough to answer the drivers call. We agreed on an arrival time and this company followed through. Not only were they prompt and eager to assist with my needs, the driver took the time to make sure my truck was not damaged while loading and unloading the vehicle. I believe small details matter. Because of this companies attention to this detail, I will never call or recommend any other company.
