Please send me the form for the dispute. I want to dismiss the charges. My vehicle was at the line because a former driver was occupying the parking spot that took up two spaces. I was forced to put my truck on the line a little. I have taken pictures of how small the line is in the parking lot. My goal is to get my charges back since I live there, and I didn't receive any warning at all. Plus, I was forced to park there near my home of residence. If I don't hear back from the dispute by Tuesday, I will contact military lawyers to handle all of this. This is frustrating and very random. Please understand I work for the United States Military, and I will have them handle the situation.<br>Contact me as soon as possible

DO NOT USE A&A Towing – ILLEGAL PRACTICES AND EXTREME UNPROFESSIONALISM!**<br><br>I had the absolute WORST experience with A&A Towing. They illegally towed my car, and when I called to get it back the same night, the woman on the phone put me on hold until 11:02 PM, only to then tell me that since it was past 11, they "couldn’t release it until tomorrow." That’s clearly just a tactic to **make more money** by holding your car for an extra day!<br><br>So I go in the next day to pick up my car, and what do I find? They charged me for TWO DAYS of storage even though the towing was completely unjustified! As if that wasn’t bad enough, I discover they **bent my door just to get inside the car. This is breaking and entering, and it's completely unacceptable!<br><br>These guys will do anything they can to take your money, and their customer service is a joke. If anyone is interested in starting a class action lawsuit** against these crooks, count me in!<br><br>Avoid A&A Towing at all costs. They are thieves and have no respect for the law or people's property.

Probaly gonna have to file a lawsuit because they illegally towed my car for no reason and I have plenty of proof. They towed me AFTER my car was already authorized to be there. I had to pay to get my car back and then the turn around time for customer service is a long period of time even though they are in the wrong. I already prepped to go ahead and file just in case due to lack of response and illegal practices. Easy win.
