Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There were two people in front of us having issues with their payment methods and processing whatever they were doing. There was only one person working in the front desk. We were waiting in line for 35+minutes when all we were there for was a car pickup, that took only 5minutes to check in. In the waiting room, there was very minimal AC and no seating. If it's going to take near an hour to help the people in front, it may be worth at least checking in on other customers first? Just felt very inefficient. Everyone left unhappy.

My car broke down in the middle of nowhere this afternoon. I tried to get a tow with AAA but the tow company they assigned to me never showed up, so after 3 hours freezing my butt off in the rain I called the Honda dealership in Austin who referred me to Texan Tow.<br><br>My call to Texan Tow was answered on the 1st ring, the lady I spoke to was super sweet, and they sent someone out immediately.<br><br>Once the on-call tow guy, Will, was dispatched, he called me right away with an ETA so I wouldn’t have to be waiting and wondering.<br><br>The big Texas vs. Georgia game was on today, and it was getting late enough that he could easily have punted to the night shift since I was over an hour and a half outside of Austin…. But he dropped everything and headed over. Good man, Will!<br><br>Everyone was extremely helpful and kind, and I am so so thankful for all of you!! Wish I’d called y’all instead of AAA from the get-go. Hope you all have a great weekend.

I had the most amazing experience with this company. My car broke down at my daughter's school's parking lot, I gave them a call to tow it to the Acura dealership to be serviced. They arrived within 15 min of my call. The guy was extremely nice and asked if he could check if ithe issue is not with the battery. I was doubtful since we had inspection a few weeks back and it had passed everything. He recharged the battery and the car started and I was able to get home without any issues. The guy did not charge me anything . I felt so bad because I didn't even have cash to tip him. Thank you for your kindness and for being so fast and professional!
