These people are beyond Rude! They don't answer phones and when they do they are very dismissive, short and again Rude! The process im going through right now, never had to do this and they spoke to me as if im supposed to know what to do, where to go, just not helpful. When i finally received a call back after they told me to come after the office gets back from lunch, the guy calls me hollering and screaming at me. Its so much more to this but im summing things up! This was my experience with this place and I pray to God i never have to deal with this company again

My vehicle was towed and the total charge was $230 after one day, which felt excessive for the situation. Experiences like this damage trust and reputation with everyday drivers. After being charged fees like this, I personally would never choose this company willingly for roadside assistance. Situations like towing from private property may bring business in the short term, but they also leave customers with a negative impression that carries forward. With constant competition in the towing and roadside assistance space, pricing practices like this make it unlikely that people would ever call this company willingly for help. Instead, it creates a situation where business appears to rely mainly on enforcement and impound tows rather than customer choice, which feels unsustainable long term. They moved my car a total of 6 miles for 200+ way to rip off hard working people I can say I’m 24 years old have a lot of life yet they can count me out as future customer or anyone I know maybe you guys shouldn’t be doing things like this damage your reputation to customers when you’re also trying to do roadside assistance and lockout and stuff like that why would I wanna call yall well, y’all just charge me $230 less to move my car 6 miles a total of 3 miles to drive here and 3 miles to take my car Yeah, no thank you I’ll just called the next company or roadside assistance or something so I don’t think this is a very smart business model especially when you only make as much as you move what happens when there’s nothing to move and nobody wants to use your company for any other service And on my end is completely is a issue with my apartment but like I said it doesn’t change the fact that me as a customer does not wanna work with you guys because you see it as more profitable to be towing people’s cars unwillingly then to have willing participants that would most likely likely be calling you back for other services ok update I parked my car there the night of January 4. I came out the evening or you know late that afternoon January 5 my car was not there so at this point yes it would almost be three days if you’re just counting days but if you’re counting the amount of hours since y’all like to have rules in which I’ll say y’all start charging for another day after 12 PM so you picked my car up maybe January 4 cause I’m not sure when you pick the car up And decided to charge me for that as a full day January 5 would have come around 12 that night and you had been charging me another 20 something now we’re on January 6 where you would have been charging me another 20 something yet my car wouldn’t have Been on your lot for a total of 48 hours for that price for you to say three days if we’re talking about hours my car has been on that lot. It has not been 48 hours.
