I believe RAY Who picked up my vehicle damaged my vehicle To tow it ..The gear button is broken which happened bc they didn’t have key and couldnt put it in neutral ,damaging my steering system etc bc that orange light is illuminated.Yet i was charged 1140$ for storage fees when my car BEEN sitting since june 10 and im just picking it up july 31 after driving hour and half from Baltimore would give 0 stars if i could . Bad business. oh and also they like to hold your vehicle without Informing you your car is on their lot im not the first who complained MPD informed..they are schemers be careful

All Star towing picked up the phone was so nice to me. Most tow companies have a chip on their shoulder when they pick up - but I could tell that they knew I was stressed and in need of help. The price was your standard $100-$150 depending on where you’re going and what car you have. But they were extremely quick. I just really appreciated how nice they were to me, in a situation where I’m already stressed and feeling fragile. Jay was my tower and he deserves a raise. He navigated to my tricky area and was patient with me. He kept reassuring me as I was really emotional about the damage. He was understanding and such a great guy.<br><br>Thank you All Star for spreading kindness and helping people when they are in need!
