I am giving one star because of an extremely unfair towing experience that happened while I was parked at the apartment community where I live. I park my car in the same spots every day using my valid parking permit issued by the management.

On this particular day, the permit accidentally fell from the windshield due to temperature changes. It slipped behind the small phone holder on the glass clearly shown in the attached photos. The permit was inside the car, and anyone taking a responsible look could easily see it.

Despite being a resident with an active permit, the towing driver made no effort to check, verify, or consider the obvious possibility that the permit had simply fallen. Instead, they immediately towed my vehicle and charged me $270 with no warning, no courtesy notice, and no chance to explain or correct the situation.

As a resident, this experience was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. It made me feel that even when I follow the rules and have a valid permit, a small accidental slip can result in a severe financial penalty, with zero understanding or flexibility from the towing company.

This is not how a professional service should treat people who live in the community. A simple moment of attention or basic fairness would have prevented this entire situation.

I hope management reviews this incident and reconsiders their approach, because no resident should be treated this way for something so minor and unintentional.

Showed up when no one else would come. The way the vehicle was in the ditch I was sure that it would be damaged just trying to get it out. The tire truck operator made to protect it and remove it without further damage. A job well done. Will be my to go to call for a tow if I can’t get a local one.

This company is HORRIBLE. I was literally dropping off groceries to my parents, didn’t even stay long - all because I wasn’t parked in visitors parking (trying to make it easy on them to help me get the groceries, they are elders). So within their contract with complexes, they can just drive around and tow your car without warnings, stickers, etc. Then when you call and want your car back you have to pay $230 - even if it has been there less than an hour. This company is scamming people out of money. Especially during the holidays. I just had to use the last bit of money I had left to get my car back. I can’t Christmas shop for my kids now or anything. I am a single mother of four with no village. Y’all should be ashamed of yourself for how you conduct your business. And the woman who answers the phone - rude and sounds like she doesn’t really care. Wouldn’t even deal with me directly! Yes I did yell out of anger, any person in my position would. Now CHRIS should get a RAISE AND TWO WEEKS PAID VACATION! He understood and helped me to his best ability. Y’all are making the job hard on him and he deserves some grace and appreciation. I pray enough people sue you all because then the court order would hold up. I want my money back, but I know that’s not ideal. I hope you all realize you ruined this weekend I had planned for my kids. I also had to open the gate by MYSELF and let myself out when they released my car to me. The blonde haired office lady watched me out the window - having to do her job for myself. Why is she there and getting paid to be inconsiderate and insensitive. Y’all need a better receptionist, someone who enjoys helping people and can effectively communicate. THE COMPANY’S MORALS SUCK AND NEED A REVISION ASAP! Get it together.
