Double check your bill and legal maximums for towing. They charged me for more than legally allowed and denied me their contract agreement towing rates document with APD. They are supposed to keep it readily avaliable but said they've given me everything - lie - they have it to me after weeks of silence and me saying it's illegal to not. Definitely reccomend AA if you like fraud. Also under valued my car / will not provide their appraisal record, the appraisal is important because it determines how long they have to keep it before auction. If they used the actual vehicle value I would've had 60 days to retrieve it vs the 30 they gave me. Also gave me less for the scrap then what they said their rate is by 30%. and they held an illegal auction. Then I found their ebay with parts with the vin number. Very illegal operation. Reach out to me if you experienced this too to see if it's a one off mistake. Or possibly an entire scheme Response to comment: you guys lied again - note how the towing rate for a regular passenger car at the time is $200, the bill you charged me for $300. Not only that, you were literally fighting me when I asked for your tow rates proposal form you're to keep readily avaliable. Also your rate for scrap per pound for my vehicle's dry weight which you're required to pay the full amount by law. Also you held an un fair auction by doing it at 10am on a Wednesday, an inconvenient time as literally everyone is at work, and 60 days earlier than you were allowed to auction it. This is how you treat someone who financially can't get their car back. Get paid by APD, give me less than my cars valued because of your auction method, hand it over to your in house scrap yard and have them give me less than the pound/$ rate you told me, AND you parted out down to the ECU and sub frame... put that on ebay for more profit (Edits - formatting and response to comment)

Aa towing was so helpful. I just moved to the state and broke down while driving and they where so understanding and helpful in making sure I was able to get the help needed from there towing services.
