They towed my son's car on Saturday night and since they aren't open on the weekends you are automatically subjected to a storage fee I understand stand the towing my son screwed up what I think is wrong is the fact that it was stored against our will because we would have picked it up immediately as a matter of fact I met the driver at the tow yard before he even pulled it in and he wouldn't release the vehicle so again it was stored and we were charged because they are not open on the weekends<br>I called Monday morning and the manager Pat was a little condescending and told me that if I had followed the rules which is funny because in the very beginning of the conversation I told him it was my son's car<br>If it's automatically a 20 storage fee then why don't they just say it's $220 instead of $200 plus $20 for storage that fee should have been waived or not charged at all<br>Why should I have to pay their storage because they aren't open for me to do business<br>I don't think that's right or fair<br>And no need to respond to justify your lame business practices<br>As expected you are not being honest<br>Midnight to midnight is the timeline and my son's car was towed on Sunday morning at around 4 in the morning which you are aware of but to try and justify how you squeeze hard working people out of more money you are calling it storage when in reality it's because you are not open and keep the vehicles against the will of the owners that just want their cars back as quickly as possible<br>Keep grinding out those extra fees or should I say strong arming them<br>Again I ask please don't respond especially if you're not going to be honest which in our case was when the car was picked up

These people went onto my property and illegally tow. My vehicle, then had the nerve to tell me that I owe them money. Supposedly, they told my vehicle because it was abandoned. There was nothing abandoned about my vehicle. Kinda hard to abandon your own vehicle on your own property I Want my truck back!

The towing company, contracted by Progressive, displayed an unacceptable level of negligence and unprofessionalism. It took them over three hours to arrive for the scheduled vehicle pickup. Upon arrival, my husband attempted to hand the driver the key in order to properly place the vehicle in neutral. The driver disregarded this and instead forcefully manipulated the gear shift, resulting in significant damage to the transmission interlock system.<br><br>Following this incident, we contacted the towing company, and the manager initially acknowledged responsibility, assuring us that they would cover the cost of repairs. However, since that conversation, the company has consistently ignored multiple follow-up calls from both us and the dealership, clearly attempting to evade accountability.<br><br>This conduct reflects a complete lack of integrity and professionalism. We expect immediate action to resolve this matter, including full payment for the damages caused by their mishandling.<br><br>The response is false the dealership did not agree with the response made and has been attempting to reach B and C towing for days now multiple times a day as well as we the owners. The vehicle was not handled by anyone other than B & C towing. Avoiding payment is no good faith there.
