When I came into contact with this company it was my first time ever having to have my car towed and I was so unsure of how the process would go. But the driver was great, he was friendly and made conversation on the ride to my dealership. He was prompt and arrived within the estimated time frame. I've heard of people waiting 3 or more hours just for a tow truck to arrive and he was there in an hour. Hopefully I won't need these services again but if I do I'd definitely use them again!

Had to get my car towed for the first time and was disappointed by all the quotes I was receiving for needing to go 1.5 miles away. Finally called Rick who gave me the best quote ($10 less than everyone else) and said someone would be there in an hour. I got a call about 10 minutes later saying someone was on his way and exactly one hour from when I called my car was on the truck. Excellent service I would definitely recommend. I would also advise you pay cash as that will save you a little time and money. 10/10.

I chose this company because it had good Google reviews compared to its peers. They lived up to their rating and then some. Over the course of the 20 years I have been driving I have had about 8 tows for various reasons with varying degrees of results based on price, timeliness, quality of service etc... These guys are the BEST. I scheduled a 1:30 pick up and the guy was right on time. He was very courteous, reasonably priced, and actually cared about having my business. These traits are not easily found in this line of business. This company is now my only choice for towing.
