Called about an hour before their closing time and got in touch with Ralph who gave me a more than reasonable quote for the car I was looking to sell. He guided me through the process which took about 10 mins and we were able to schedule a pick up for the next day [since it was already too late]. The tow guys came in and got the car next morning and handed me my check and took the car. Couldn't have asked for a smoother process.
