Service was provided in a timely matter, I received a quote, once driver arrived he inspected the vehicle, the vehicle had a slight dent in it, so the quote dropped, but I was able to negotiate with him to reach a deal. He stated the car was going to be junked so I didn’t see the reason for the deduction, but overall I guess it was fair. The car is 2013 with a nice new built engine, just the transmission was bad and I also had no key. I don’t think it should be scrapped but it’s their vehicle now. But the service was good and being able to negotiate was a plus for me.
