I called today and before I could say a word I was asked "can you hold?" by a guy who sounded like he was somewhere between 30 and 40 and was immediately put on hold before I could even say ok, while on hold and was hung up on after 6 minutes. I called again and then got put on hold before they even answered and then hung up on again after a minute. I called at 4:51 p.m. on Friday Oct 9 2020. There is another review on here that I read before my first experience that details a similar man and a similar experience. That review had me think twice but I gave them a chance and called anyway. With this recent experience I can say that you guys need to check these rude and disrespectful people. I cant believe I have to write this immediately after posting my initial review but here it is.PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS GUY I TALKED TO AND IF YOURE THE OWNER THAT DID THIS TO ME PLEASE CLOSE AND NEVER OPEN AGAIN!
