Quick response, amazing customer service, affordable pricing. Tony and George were extremely helpful and towed my car from the highway to their shop in less than 30 minutes. They also run a used tire shop/auto repair shop and were able to change both my front tires for 50$ each.

The owner or manager is so rude. I haven't experienced such horrible service. My car was towed there after an accident by fhp. Please make sure your vehicle is never towed there. There was a worker that was extremely nice but that supposed manager was terrible. Hung up the phone on me and everything.

My son’s car broke down on the side of the highway on his way to jury duty. I picked him up and, under the impression that we had 24 hours to tow the car ourselves, we scheduled a tow truck for 6 p.m. However, by the time our tow arrived, H&A Towing had already taken the vehicle.<br><br>When we arrived at H&A Towing, Anthony at the front desk was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, when we went to retrieve the insurance and registration from the car, we immediately noticed damage to the lower front part of the bumper damage that was absolutely not there before the tow.<br><br>Anthony called for the manager, Jim, to take a look. Jim barely inspected the car before quickly and dismissively stating the damage wasn’t their responsibility. He said, “I’m not paying for that. Take me to court.” I calmly explained that I wasn’t trying to argue or escalate I simply wanted to resolve the issue respectfully. Jim repeated that he wasn’t going to argue and again told me to “just take him to court.”<br><br>As a woman, I found this experience extremely uncomfortable and intimidating. I was polite, respectful, and composed, but was met with rudeness and hostility. I walked away deeply upset not just because of the damage, but because of how I was treated.<br><br>This review isn’t written lightly, but I want others to know what kind of service and attitude they may encounter at H&A Towing. No one should have to feel dismissed or disrespected when trying to resolve an issue in good faith.
