This shipper operates in an unprofessional manner. During pickup, they loaded 5,000 lbs more than agreed and dismissed my concerns when I pointed it out. Their staff told me to “just get it out of here,” showing no regard for compliance, fuel costs, or the impact on the driver’s equipment.<br><br>Truckers and carriers deserve to be treated as business partners, not as disposable labor. I would advise other logistics companies and brokers to think twice before working with this shipper, as their lack of accountability creates unnecessary risk.

The office manager took the time to explain how to prep refrigerating equipment for salvage.<br>The unloaders have all been patient with my HF folding trailer which I getting with straps as it has no sides.<br>I am familiar with the Dessau place and CMC as well, this is the quickest in and out.

My husband went to basically throw away some old aluminum chairs today and did not know where to go to not get a dumping fine. He didn't have much weight but not enough to write a check worth anything. We didn't care about the money, but didn't want to leave it on the table. He said the nice man still paid him and the workers helped unload his truck for him. Highly recommend this place!
