I picked up my car after my insurance totaled it out, only to discover that money was missing from inside. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, instead of taking responsibility or even showing concern, I got nothing but excuses and finger-pointing. The manager blamed the tow truck driver, then acted like it wasn’t their problem at all.<br><br>The complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer care was unbelievable. I felt dismissed, unsupported, and frustrated.<br><br>If you value your belongings, your time, or even just basic respect, go somewhere else. This place won’t protect your property, and they definitely won’t stand behind their mistakes.

We have had an amazing experience with this copart and in particular with the operations manager Ethan. Our interactions with office personnel were very pleasant as well. Overall, this Copart is definitely better than you are lead to believe in other reviews.

My dad recently visited this location to collect personal items from a totaled vehicle and was treated with clear disrespect. The staff were unprofessional and unnecessarily rude to him throughout the visit, which made an already difficult situation worse.<br><br>After seeing how many other customers have reported the same kind of treatment, it is obvious this is not an isolated incident. Businesses that interact with the public should be held to a higher standard of conduct. I intend to share our experience with the Better Business Bureau and the state consumer protection office so there is a formal record of how this company treats people. I truly hope management takes these repeated complaints seriously and improves how customers are handled going forward.
