I just want to give Pepe’s towing a 5 star review for there great customer service and response time and most importantly to both of their drivers/operators “Jose” driver of rotator and I think “Cordova” driver of flatbed. A few weeks ago we used them and from the dispatch to getting their crew out to the site they were prompt and fast and most importantly very professional with great hospitality. They took very good care of the vehicle they helped us recover and treated the piece of equipment like if it was still new with care despite it being damaged. It’s always negative feedback people leave but this is an occasion for positive feedback and I hope they let these two employees know they are doing a great job and most importantly doing an outstanding job representing Pepe’s towing. Great job guys keep it up.

Joshuah came to help me with the pensky rental truck. This guy is like next to Jesus in goodness, kindness, efficience and profesionalism. He made me feel really good and l can only pray that God may bless him really good. It is hard to believe that there are still people who work with so much integrity and kindness. This man is beyond good.

I mean, you're not typically going to have a *good* experience with a towing service. The whole "towing your vehicle to our yard and then charge you for storing it" racket amounts to legalized extortion. I had the unfortunate experience of getting into an accident, and this is where my vehicle was towed.<br><br>Having said that, this place wasn't great. Charged a "convenience fee" and an "administrative fee" among other completely made-up fees, and changed the price multiple times through this creative fee-stacking. One always comes away feeling terrible after dealing with tow-yards... What can you do?
