Fast friendly and very easy!!<br>Big sign that says ring bell for service. Make sure you ring the bell. I was helped by Jesus Martinez he is extremely helpful and very professional. Once everything is weighed, they give you a ticket to get your money out of the ATM machine.<br>It couldn't be easier!!

I have had a great experience going here up till today. I was met by a very rude and unprofessional forklift driver who honestly has no business being in one for his age. Come to find out he is the owner... so looking over other reviews I see plenty of complaints about this owner, seems he rubs everyone wrong. Its sad that someone that's treats people the way he does is in charge. Its not a good look. Luckily his horrible attitude has not rubbed off on his employees, as I have had wonderful experiences with them. My only complaint is literally the owner. Awful human being. I hope he treats his employees better than he does his customers, because they work hard and deserve better.

Called ahead and was told bringing in copper was fine this time, just that I’d need a license next time.<br><br>The moment I arrived, an older man on a forklift threatened to “call the cops” if he saw me there again.<br>While unloading about 100 lbs of copper wire, 25 lbs of copper pipe, and some brass, inside a younger employee was professional and helpful began sperating the different grades of wire for me. Then the forklift operator returned called him over and said “lowball'em” and change the weight. The uncomfortable look on the younger man's face was genuine. He was being forced to lie, cheat and basically try to steal my money. Before he spoke I told him i heard him say lowball'em Don't worry about it ill take it all.back.<br><br>When I addressed it directly, telling the old jerk I work to hard to let you just do that, his response was, “I don’t care.”! What's unbelievable come to find out he's the owner. Why on earth would you want to steal from me?<br><br>Unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone
