Update: The shop reached out quickly to try and work through what is going on. Going to give them the opportunity to look at it again. Changed to 3 stars for now but they reach out quickly and the guy that called seemed very genuine. Brought my truck in because I noticed drops of oil on the ground. Opened the hood to notice see oil residue on the engine. In the drop off paperwork I mentioned all that. After having the truck for the day they called saying " it had an oil leak and they need to charge $250 to clean the engine and find the leak" which was fine, but this was on top of the $200 fee they charge at the beginning to find the problem. I asked what I paid the first $200 for since I already knew it had an oil leak. After that they took the first $200 off. In the end i paid 2,500 to get stuff fixed. Now I have puddles of oil on the ground and nothing on the upper engine like before. So went from drops of oil on the ground to puddles. Didn't have a good feeling from the start after the first 2 fees (understand having 1 fee for finding the problem but not both) and now this. So now its sitting for a week until another shop can get it in to look at it.

They wanted 900 bucks to remove & replace front wheel hub and bearing assembly along with remove and replace wheel lug stud. Just on 1 side everyone. Part costs $53 online. Just some transparency for those interested in doing their business here. ? In response to your deflection response, Either get your ears checked or be honest to your audience. I asked Robert specifically what my grand total will be for just what the invoiced said over the phone before the invoice was even sent to me or before I reviewed it in real time and he told me $900 clear as day per our recorded conversation and you know that also. This isn’t even mentioning the previous multiple “wrong quotes” he provided me with. This exact quote, is not a mistake so don’t try to fool me or your audience reading this. Not so Christian of you guys. See ya ✌️

Great service, however, they said my battery needed replacing. My battery was still under warranty by O’Reilly’s. I had O’Reilly’s check the battery, alternator, battery only with engine on and engine off. The battery was perfectly fine. Somebody isn’t telling the truth?!
