Not a friendly place at all. Was delivering here in the morning and the guy told me to wait outside and said it’s first come and first serve. So I waited outside but then i saw 3 other trucks pull in after me and got unloaded right away. These people need to understand that us drivers have a something called ELD and can’t be waiting for long time. I asked the guy in the front i said can you please help me get unloaded i have another load to pick up i’ve been here since morning. He said that’s not my problem at all. I would never come back to this place because i was just trying to deliver here on Friday and pick up another load because there is 3 day weekend ahead now im gonna be stuck here just because they didn’t wanna unload be like they said first come and first serve. Very unprofessional

when I was told over the phone a certain amount I would preferred to be paid that amount also when I bring it up to the employee I would like to have a good customer service for at least listen to my complaint. I most likely will try other places before coming back if I do come back

Don't bring your scrap metal here.<br><br>I called ahead of time and they told me to separate my aluminum from steel. I did hoping that I would get the correct amount of money for my hard work. I had a lot of aluminum. They weighed everything did not separate anything and gave me $29 total for 600 lbs, five hundred pounds was aluminum and they gave me bulk steel price. What a ripoff.
